The
weekly charter rate for 'Tom Jones' is £595.00
(for 2 people)
You
may opt for a cruise of more than one week, this would
enable you to see much more of this delightful country
Your
cabin will be available for you at 14.00 hrs on the
Saturday of your cruise and needs to be vacated by
10.30 hrs the Friday your cruise finishes
the
cruise will include one night in Paris - at the foot
of the Eiffel Tower, if your cruise starts or finishes
at Paris. If you want to stay for more than one night
we ask you to pay the berthing charges - 50 euros
per night
If
we do not have a booking for a particular week it
may be possible to charter the boat on a daily basis
for a shorter trip around Paris by boat
in
which case we would be able to take up to 10 passengers
OR
you
may wish to use the boat as your B&B base in Paris
for a few days - email us with your enquiry

'Booking
under Option'
In
case you are not certain of the chartering
period you want you can book an 'Option'
This
will reserve your booking period for 1 week
If
you do not return with a 'Firm Booking' at
the end of this period the 'Option' will be
cancelled

Firm
Booking
A
booking will be considered as a 'Firm Booking'
once you have completed and signed the 'Booking
Agreement' that will be sent to you, it has
been received by ourselves and the deposit
has been cleared

Payment
A
deposit of 50% of the Charter price is required
at the time of booking and returning the signed
Booking Agreement
The
balance of the Charter price must be received
by ourselves and cleared four (4) weeks before
your Charter date
The
full Charter price must be paid on booking
if you book within four (4) weeks prior to
your Charter

of making Payment
Cheque
drawn on a UK bank, made payable to D.McGarvie
and delivered to 3 Navigation Wharf, Liverpool
L3 4DP
Transfer
to our bank account - full details including
Swift address and Iban number will be provided
on request
Cancellation
by us
It
is highly unlikely that we will cancel your
cruise but we must admit that there may be
something, domestic or boat related, that
may force us to do so.
In
the event of us having to cancel your cruise
we will advise you at our earliest convenience.
You will, obviously, receive a full refund
of the monies you have paid us. By accepting
our booking terms you will accept that we
would only do this as a last resort and you
would have no further monetary claim against
us.

Cancellation
In
the event of you needing to cancel your cruise
you should provide us with written confirmation
The
following cancellation charges will apply
:
More
than eight (8) weeks prior to the cruise date
: 30% of the Charter price
Between
eight (8) and four (4) weeks prior to the
cruise date : 50% of the charter price
Less
than four (4) weeks prior to the cruise date
: 100% of the Charter price
We
will return the Cancellation Charge in full,
if the cancelled cruise is re-chartered for
the same period and at the same price
We
will return the difference, if the the cancelled
cruise is re-chartered at a price less than
the price cancelled
